In case anyone hasn't noticed, I'm on a bread machine kick lately! This week I decided to try Spinach Bread.
I'll probably have more later in the week. I want to try a soup since it's so cold here this week (I'm thinking Easy Black Bean Soup or Creamy Artichoke Soup), and I may try making Bev's Chocolate Layer Cake since it's my stepson's birthday party this upcoming weekend, and I want something I can eat too! Will post if I do! And, I've been wanting to try Artichoke Hummus since I saw Sand talking about it right after New Year's....wish I'd noticed it for New Year's. Oh well. May have that for the party too. We'll see....I've got a lot I want to try, but they all seem so easy, I might have to try them all!

Homemade Breadmaker French Bread I made it into a loaf and cooked it in the oven 375 degrees for 40 min. Then, I sliced it in half, and mixed margarine with minced garlic and roasted it into garlic bread. THEN... Heather's Candied Sweet Potatoes THEN.... Slice 3 potatoes into thin chip like slices. In a ziploc bag, mix a tablespoon or two of oil, and several shakes of Lawry's Season Salt. Add potatoes and mix to coat. Place on pam sprayed cookie sheets (single layer) Baked at 375 until lightly browned.
THEN: I made my own marinade 5 -6 tbsp soy sauce Few shakes worchestershire sauce 1 - 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil Garlic powder Minced Onion 3 - 4 tbsp wine vinegar Several generous shakes of Mrs. Dash
Marinated meat for several hours and grilled. YUM!

I have made this Banna Bread twice in the past week and I don't know why but it is my favorite so far. I think it is the quick oats in it and on top of it. I had a slice for breakfast all last week and I plan on it this week. I also made guacomole yesterday and turkey chili. All recipes that are on here but with some modifications from me!!
