I just heard a story on NPR about a healthy, low-fat southern cookbook. I really like southern food, so I'll probably get it. Hopefully the recipes are IBS safe or adjustable.
It had things like baked "fried" chicken and collard greens with olive oil instead of pig fat.

Yep, I changed my name. It was Myra, but I recently had someone track me down by just my first name, town and occupation. It was a bit creepy. So I'm going to be more careful with my personal info.
I've been gone a while, too. My new office arrangement is such that my office mate can see my screen. This is inspiring me to do less surfing and more work. Can you tell he's gone this week? He, he!
