Ever heard of the stuff? I knew of it long ago but forgot about it until Gayla ("Gigi") reminded me. It comes in a powder form in a box, and you find it in the baking products isle, close to the pudding.
It's safe, whips up easily with a little vanilla and soy milk, and isn't bad at all. Check it out!

Cool Whip; Cool Whip Free (fat-free); Cool Whip Sugar-Free; Cool Whip Strawberry; and Cool Whip Chocolate do not have dairy. (They didn't have Lite.) Of course, as noted they do have caseinate and HFCS, and sugar-free has artificial sweeteners.
Anyone tried the chocolate Cool Whip yet?

I'm glad you mentioned this, I have been looking for this, but did not think my grocery store carried it. I went there today and there it was, where you said it would be! I didn't know where to look for it I guess. Looks like there's some recipes on the box that might be ok too! I was going to buy it online because I've seen it online before. Thanks

...if you're sensitive to that. But, unlike Cool Whip, it doesn't have HFCS.
