Would this work for IBS? Turkey tenderloin or never frozen turkey breast salt and pepper 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
Salt and pepper turkey and place in crock pot. Mix together other 3 ingredients. Brush turkey with mixture and then pour the rest in. Cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours. Make sure to check turkey temp. (should be around 180) I love this recipe and I'm hoping it's IBS friendly. othermags

Hi othermags!
It looks good to me - just make sure your turkey is skinless.

THanks, other mags! I think I'll try this one the very next time I get a Turkey breast. It sounds incredibly delicious! What do you serve with it??? Have you ever thrown veggies in the crock pot too?

I actually considered throwing in some other stuff this time around but then everything would taste the same b/c there's a lot of sauce in there. I usually have green or lima beans with it. I added a little sweet potato casserole (with the marshmellows!) tonight and it was ssssoooo good! The turkey has a little spice to it with the dijon so a tamer veggie works well. Let me know how you like it! othermags
