Hi Mags & everyone else on this board today- I started to make this recipe today and realized that it doesn't say what to do w/the red peppers. I have 4 large red peppers and I'm guessing that I should chop them up into small slices but then do I marinate them w/ the chicken? Doesn't seem like there's enuf marinade to cover both the chicken and peppers.
Hope to hear back soon, I've got everything ready to go and now I've stalled out on this question. Wish I knew more about cooking, then this would probably be a no-brainer. However, since I'm basically learning to cook these past 3 months since starting H's diet I'm still wet behind the ears in the kitchen! Thanks for the help everyone.

Hi LL!
I've never made this recipe, but from looking at it, I'd probably cut the peppers into strips, since it's to be stir fried & to kind of go with the same shape as the chicken strips, if that makes sense!
