Here's a website where one can order "American" products. But I'm sure any peanut butter would be a likely substitute.

Wow, those look tasty. How do you eat just one? At 2 points each, I'd probably eat 2 or 3!!

Yes, you have to eat it frozen. It melts quickly.
I would have used the reduced-fat PNB, but I couldn't find it in CHUNKY. It's real important to get the chunky kind so that the bars have little tiny pieces of peanuts in them, like a Snickers. But if you can get the reduced-fat, by all mean, I'd go for it!
As for the nutrition facts, all I have are the points. Sorry.

I couldn't find the Fischer either, so I just used Jif.
"Cool Whip" is a non-dairy frozen whipped topping, and the recipe calls for "Lite", or reduced fat. However, be careful because some brands contain HFCS.

Cool Whip isn't non-dairy anymore. I noticed this a few months ago when it started to bother me. If you look at the container, it doesn't say non-dairy whipped topping anymore...it just says whipped. And milk is listed in the ingredients. I don't know why...it tasted fine without it!
At least around here they are.

WOW! You're absolutely right! The recipe called for "Non-Dairy Frozen Whipped Topping," but I had to substitute Cool Whip because I needed a BRAND name in order to get the points calculated in the WW website points calculator. Then, when I went to the store to buy the Cool Whip, I found the store brand, which was much cheaper, so I just bought it, ASSUMING it was non-dairy! I just checked, and sure enough, it contains skim milk.
WOW! I ate THREE of these bars -- and THEY DIDN'T BOTHER ME! WOW! Maybe that means I can have dairy now, ya think?!?
OH BOY! Thanks Mags!!!
