I made it tonight and it was soooo delicious. It tastes amazingly similar to "real" meatloaf, if you ask me. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe! One note, mine was not nearly done in 55 minutes. I ended up having to cover it, turn up the heat, and bake it about 10-15 minutes more.
