I made Easy Cheese Lasagna on Sunday because we were having lasagna at mom's this weekend which would not have been safe!

It came out soooooo good! In fact everyone wanted to try some of mine because it looked like "regular lasagna" according to my family. I used zuchinni and mushrooms for my veggie. I also tossed in some leftover turkey sauage links which gave it a wonderful taste. Also I used the Veggie Shreds Parmesean, Romano, and Mozzarella blend. It was very good. I think I am either getting use to soy cheese or they are making them better. Anyways if anyone is missing lasagna this is sooooooooooooo good! I can't wait to eat my leftovers for lunch today!

OK, let's try this again!

This week I'm going to try Crockpot Chicken Stew. I'll be making it tomorrow.

Hubby started getting a cold the end of last week and has been feeling pretty yucky all weekend, which of course I can now feel the beginnings of, so this may have been better to make for this week anyway!

I know it's late in the week, but I'm joining in. My mother's coming up for the weekend to celebrate my birthday in advance, so I thought it would be nice to make a quick bread to have for breakfast. Heather's Maple Oat Bread sounds scrumptious, so that's what I'm going to try!

Made 2 loaves of each today for our Thanksgiving celebration on Sunday(yes, I know TG is not until next Thursday, but hubby works that day and I LOVE to cook and refuse to not cook a feast!). They smell so yummy right now, I hope they'll make it two more days...:)
