I normally buy Cane Sugar, but I accidently bought Beet Sugar this time...is it still IBS friendly?

Yes, Crystal sugar is made from sugar beets and isn't different GI wise- still sucrose. A sugar beet is different from a regular beet. I have never seen one although they are supposed to be the most grown thing in Minnesota. I prefer C&H sugar but often buy Crystal at Sam's Club.
