Mac and cheese

Does anyone have a good mac and cheese recipe or do you just use a normal recipe and sub soy cheese and milk?

Just don't use 8th Continent Lite with the first one. It's way too sweet. It'll make your mac & cheese taste like a cheese milk shake.

Trust me.

I'd also avoid Galaxy Shreds cheddar at all costs in either recipe. It tastes just awful to me, but I know some people like it.

Thanks. I was just diagnosed about 2 months ago and I'm a southerner and I don't think I can do with out mac and cheese. I will try this soon.

Glad to help. The first link turns out more like the Kraft shells & cheese in the yellow box; it's creamy. The second link is a baked recipe.
