The banana graham muffins came out fantastic! They are more dense and moist than muffins usually are - they were almost bread-pudding-like. Very tasty. Now we'll find out how well they freeze, because if I leave them out they'll all be gone by tomorrow!
Just one word of advice: instead of the paper liners called for in the recipe, use foil ones. That's my standard advice when making low-fat muffins. Otherwise, you'll lose half your muffin when it sticks to the paper!

BJake66's Better Than Hershey's Syrup is delicious! It's very, very chocolate-y and sweet, but not too sweet. Almost like a dark or bittersweet chocolate. I know someone else who made it said it didn't thicken, but mine did - I brought it to a full rolling boil and kept it there for over a minute, stirring constantly. I think that helps it thicken.
I put one reduced-sugar ADB in a bowl, added a small scoop of Rice Dream ice cream, and poured lots of this syrup over it. Heavenly!
