One week into SOY, I love Chocolate, I don't have time to bake anything rite now. What is a quick fix? I have coco krispies at home, will this work?

I think someone just mentioned them in the Cocoa Puffs thread on the Eating for IBS Diet Board.
OK - here it is web page
I guess they are okay then. Did you check the ingredients?

Always glad to help a fellow chocoholic! LOL
I had a horrible day today, so I had to have a super-duper chocolate fix. Took care of mine earlier. If you ever have an opportunity to bake, try No Pudge Fat Free Brownies - www.nopudge.com. They are safe and sooooo gooood and super easy!! All you have to do is add a container of vanilla soy milk and that's it - super easy!

Have a look in the recipe index for the rice krispy squres recipe. It's really fast and doesn't involve any baking just some microwaving. I add cocoa to it to make them chocolatey and they freeze Ok too so you can always have a chocolate fix on hand.
