Carrot Cake Recipe

Does anyone have a good carrot cake recipe on hand? I know there is one in Heather's book, but unfortunately I don't have it with me and am stopping at the store after work to pick up ingredients.

I am going over to my old boss's house for dinner tomorrow night and with school tonight, I don't have time to go all the way home and drive all the way back to the store.

Aw, it's okay. I did my grocery shopping after my evening class got out which was probably better since no lines at 9:00pm at night! I made the carrot cake in Heather's book last night and my whole apartment still smells like yummy carrot cake. Hopefully it turned out okay - guess I will know tonight when my old boss and her hubby try it with me.

I am a bit tired since it didn't get done till 11:00pm - any suggestions on staying awake without caffine is much appreciated!
