Anyone eat blueberry muffins? I LOVE blueberry muffins. Ive had 2 of them from tim hortons..and ive been okay with them, but i dont know if those have been flukes and i would LOVE to have a great safe blueberry muffin recipe! thanks!

Look on the recipe index, there are several good ones. Also, in one of Heather's old newsletters there is a blueberry nutmeg cornbread recipe that makes tasty muffins.
I love them as well, but can only eat one a day when I'm having a decent tummy day. I think it's a family thing though, most of my family can't handle blueberries at all or only in very small quantities.
