Has anyone tried making ADBs with Stevia or tried making anything else? I just bought some and was curious. Thanks, Alyson

I've never tried stevia, but I'll be very interested in the responses you get.

I made the ADBs with stevia, replacing all of the sugar. Blech!!!!! So, I tried making a double batch of them and replaced 1/3 cup of the 4 cups of sugar. YUM!!!!! In the same batch I also used almost all applesause( which I usually do in almost all of the recipes) instead of equal amounts of oil and applesauce and they came out fabuolus. Just wanted to share. "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
