It looks to me like only the Brown Sugar Banana Bread and the Cantonese Jok are Heather's.
The Butternut Brown Rice Pilaf is from WholeHealthMD - the squash is SF, the green beans are IF. The brown rice is IF but I think some people find it more digestible than most IF. I'd say there's a 50/50 chance this would be safe. If you substitute white rice for brown it would be safer. You might have to alter cooking times.
The other two are from Dr. Weil who, as I understand it, is very, very big on high IF foods for IBS. The Apple Oat Bran Muffins are loaded with whole wheat flour which is a major trigger for me; the apple juice concentrate is probably high fructose; I don't know whether oat bran is SF or not. The Asian Coleslaw would probably just kill me.
