This week I'm going to try Bevrs' Crock Pot Bourbon Breast of Chicken. I could have sworn I've made this before because I have the chervil, but I have no notes on it and no memory of it, so I'm hoping it still counts as something I haven't made before.

This week I chose Kree's Super Easy Pasta Salad. Wanted something quick and easy and safe for me to take to a BBQ on the 4th.

Just made menu and ordered groceries: Fri peking chicken wraps Sat mixture of chicken and regular brats and roasted potatoes or maybe grilled Sun: blueberry pancakes and turkey bacon in AM spinach calzones in PM (they contain some blue cheese so I cannot post the recipe, it is good though! I cheat a little bit for these) Mon: lavendar lemon salmon risotto YUM. here Wed: Greek ratatouille with pitas and lamb burgers for DH.
