Take a flour torilla and smear just a teeny bit of soy cream cheese on it. then add 2 pieces deli turkey breast. Here you can add cherry tomatoes OR mango chutney (add dried cranberries for IF).

This is a good idea! Along the same lines, you can spread a thin layer of soy cream cheese, layer of safe pesto, then any of the veggies you want. I like roasted red peppers, sprouts, fresh spinach, tomato, avocado. I have also put in cold chicken.
