Hi - just wanted to say how nice it is to see all the "new" smiling faces pop up when I view a post.
Where are the rest of you with your pictures????? If you don't have a digital camera, and you have a scanner, just scan the photo in and send it to Heather via the internet.(sorry, Heather, I know you have loads of other stuff to do!!!)
It really doesn't have to be a picture of you by yourself. If the only one you have is with someone else in it, we don't care.

I don't have a scanner or a digital camera so I'll see what I can do. I know it's nice to see the person who is doing the posting. I am so Glad that there is this IBS Forum it's amazing how much I have learned in the past few days that I have been on here. Thanks for all your great recipes! I'm still in the process of stocking my cupboards and I can't wait to try these recipes.
