Hi guys,I was not sure where to post this but here seemed to be the most reasonable place. Is it ok for someone with IBS-d to eat farina. Also I have been craving to eat pancakes from the box is it ok to just add egg whites and soy milk??
I am trying to follow the ibs diet as strict as I can.

Yep, farina should be fine... I used to eat it all the time.

Pancakes will be fine too - be sure you're using the reduced-fat Bisquick, not the regular one, and use egg whites and soy milk. Be careful of the pancake syrup, too - use real maple syrup, jam, or honey, not the cheap syrup stuff. It's mostly HFCS.
