I still have not tried this yet...has anyone else tried and if so, did you peel them first? I know you don't have to....just wondering how they turned out. Thinking about serving them with Shell's Turkey Meatloaf.

Gee they sure sound good. Glad you brought it to the top. I would peel them since you do the crispy coating.

I've tried baking sweet potatos in the oven before and they were a disaster. Never got crispy and were even mushy. If someone tries this and they turn out, let us know your secret!!
BTW, my 'disaster' fries still tasted yummy!

I've been eating these and they are absolutely delish. I bake them and they get slightly crunchy.

I find them in the health food or organic section of my supermarket or the frozen section at the health food store. I know Albertson's carries some of these products. They're wonderful!!!!
Tonight I had them with boiled chicken dipped in an organic bbq sauce.

The link here didn't work (http://www.alexiafoods.com/products/Julienne_fries.php)
Found this at Alexia's web site; it might be the one originally linked. It looks good, but a bit high in fat content. (OK with a high soluble fiber meal?)

I haven't tried them yet.
