Well, okay, and of Joe, too. For lunch today I made Heather's Tex-Mex Guacamole using cilantro we grew ourselves. We started a bunch of herbs from seeds in February, moved them outside several weeks ago, and this was our first harvest. The Guacamole was delicious!

I love growing herbs also! Although, this year I bought some plants already grown, didn't go from seed. (I left all my herb plants behind last summer at my old house.)

That Tex Mex guac is soooo good too....mmmmm!

Congrats on your herb harvest! This is my first year experimenting with herb growing, too. I planted some basil and parsley from seed, and also recently picked up some peppermint and chives already planted. The ones I started from seed are growing pretty slowly, but I'm hopeful they'll perk up eventually!
