This bread sounds so good, and easy I may try to make a GF adaptation. Leave it to Sharon Mello to have so many good recipes.....I just wish the fabulous Ms M was still posting!! Let us know how it turned out, ok? Kandee

I wish she was too....she's like a legend around here!
I haven't tried it yet, but so far it is HUGE!!! If I like it, I may try the regular size loaf next time (I have the Electric Bread cookbook where Sharon got it from, and she posted the large size recipe. She recommended it to me.) Anyway, I think I'd also put it on lightest setting for the crust. I had it on medium but it came out rather dark. So far just gotta taste test it, but that will have to be tomorrow. Will report back on it! (under results of course!)
