Looking to make a stir-fry for supper. Anyone got any good recipes?

Make rice(or use left overs), plain or flavored is fine.In a wok or large skillet panfry(using little oil if needed) lean ground hamburg with your fav tolerable vegetables( I use carrot onion and mushrooms).Stir in some honeygarlic serve over rice.

Use ground turkey or chicken instead of the hamburg. Red meat is a no-no.

I don't know what the official definition of "stir frying" is, but this is a favorite in my house.
