In an email I told *Melissa* about what I have been eating for dinner (have been really bad about reporting in, but will start soon) and she asked if I had a recipe. Anyway, I was wondering if I could sprinkle some Acacia in the filling before rolling it... YES, you can by the way... So, here is my Chicken & Zucchini Version

Would regular cooking spray work the same as the Butter Pam?

I just made this (it was delicious btw!) and I used regular pam spray. Worked out fine for me. I will definately have this again however I am thinking of adding a layer of pureed black beans, or something along those lines, to the next one.
