Hi again Heather,i forgot to add this info regarding egg replacer in my last post.This product is in power form. For 1 whole egg,add 1 teaspoon of Orgran No Egg to 2 teaspoons water. In place of egg whites,substitute 1 heaped teaspoon with 1 tablespoon water (if recipe calls for stiffly beaten egg whites,mix Orgran No Egg and water until stiff.) Ingredients: Potato starch,tapioca flour,vegetable gum, methylcellulose,calcium carbonate,food acid:citric. I will give it a try, what do you think? Tina.
