Just had to share my news, well for ages I've been looking at the recipes in the exchange index trying to pluck up the courage to make something (always scared of ruining my stability) Well anyway I made banana bread and it was gorgeous and it didnt make me remotely bloated I was so chuffed the minute I;ve chomped my way through that I'm making the A/D brownies. I may well end up the size of a house with all these sweet things but who cares we have to go without so many other things ay!!
