Hi there!
Crackers - fine as long as they're fat-free, dairy-free, and made with white flour, not whole wheat
Maya - I guess you mean mayonnaise? Use fat-free.
Yolkless noodles are fine.
Salmon and tuna in cans is fine as long as you get WATER-packed, not oil.
No salt seasonings should be fine... just watch out for MSG (monosodium glutamate), which can be an IBS trigger.
Molly McButter has dairy derivatives in it and should be avoided.
Roasts are to be avoided. (No red meat.) I wouldn't eat potatoes that are cooked with a whole chicken, because the fat from the chicken skin would make the potatoes too greasy to be safe. Potatoes baked in with boneless, skinless chicken breasts would be fine.
Hope that helps a little!

Just a couple of comments. Personally, I eat crackers that aren't fat free, as long as they're low fat. Heather recommends sticking to foods 25% fat and below. But the dairy free part is key. Also, I use Kraft Just 2 Good mayo instead of FF. It only has 2 grams of fat. I hope that helps!
