I got this receipe out of a cookbook my mother in law had. I made it this weekend and yummy! If you are sensative to a particular type of fruit you can substitute it for another type of fruit! It also calls for half a cup of orange juice, I used fruit juice instead and it was really good so feel free to alter it to what you can tolerate!
2 apples, core, peeled and diced 2 kiwi, peeled and diced 1 cup strawberries, sliced 1/2 cup orange juice (or any fruity juice) 2 T brown sugar, packed s T apple jelly (use any flavor you like, I used strawberry) 10 0z pkg fat free flour tortillas, cut into triangles
Combine all ingredients except tortillas, cover and refridgerate. Spray tortillas lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325 until warm and a little crunchy. Remove from overn and cool. Serve with Salsa. Makes 5 cups.
Enjoy!

Hi Michelle- this sounds great! But for the apple jelly the amount looks like the letter 's'- is it supposed to be five tablespoons? Linda

How do the apples stay fresh? Do they turn brown?? Is it the orange juice that helps? Anne
