Gatorade has too many artificial ingredients IMHO, and of course I can't have the artificial sweeteners in the Crystal Light mixes my boyf. likes. So when I saw this online web page I thought it sounded promising. Any thoughts? And in one of the pancake recipies I have. My sister wants to experiment with it some more. For some reason kool-aid doesn't bother me much.
