Wow, thanks Shell. Didn't realize anyone would actually WANT to try them not having to eat GF.
I will say they have amazing holding quality and will stay good for a long time in the refrigerator. That surprised even me. Kandee

You are a wealth of information!
Would love more recipe posts from you! Really! If and when you have the time! That recipe sound so yummy and so easy (compared to Bette Haggman's GF recipes that call for 20 or more ingredients!)
Hey, that's it! You could put out your own Kandee GF cookbook, and I could get an autographed copy. It would be money well spent to get one of those!

You are a wealth of information! Thanks..that's really sweet to say, but I'm still learning, like everyone here......
Would love more recipe posts from you! Really! If and when you have the time! Believe me, if more come to me you all here that have IBS and have to eat GF will be the FIRST to know!!! That recipe sound so yummy and so easy (compared to Bette Haggman's GF recipes that call for 20 or more ingredients!) LOL , that's the point--Easy...as I remember how frustrated I personally got when first starting to bake with GF ingredients, making them IBS safe.
I had someone ask me tonight how to sub in honey for the sugar...That's easy enough..just add the amount of honey you want first then just enough DF milk to make the batter the consistency of cake frosting. Another thing..one night, when I was extremely tired yet wanted something on hand that was GF, I accidently forgot the sugar altogether..I was surprised they weren't bad...so if someone doesn't want sugar they could make them sugar free. Just keep in mind sugar makes things tender so they wouldn't be the same texture. Kandee
Hey, that's it! You could put out your own Kandee GF cookbook, and I could get an autographed copy. It would be money well spent to get one of those! Ahhhh, isn't that nice to say.......but I doubt that will happen. I'm a lazy cook! Kandee
