Cod with Ginger- Orange Sauce

4 cod fillets (3 1/4 oz each )
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup orange pieces
4 scallions, chopped
1 cup Orange juice
Recipe
Rinse the fish and pat dry. Coat a large skillet with spray. Add the ginger and cook over med-high stir often cook for 2 minutes or till light brown. Add the lemon juice, mustard,soy sauce,and 1 cup of the orange juice, stir to combine.
add the fish in single layer and cook over low heat 6-8 minutes till opaque. Remove fish to plate cover.
Place the cornstarch in a cup, add the remaining orange juice and stir to dissolve. Add to the skillet and cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Stir in the oranges, cover and cook 1 minutes. serve on top of fish.

Yeah, I saw that in the prep, but it says to add 1 cup of OJ, and then stir cornstarch into the "remaining OJ".

I read the recipe (it's my sisters and her writing) she does not specify but when I made it, I recall I only made a bit to make it the same like "gravy" it is only making the dish thick. it's been so long since I made it I cant remember. If you try it let me know how much you use and I will add your notes. Sorry bout the confusion.
