4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Kraft Signature Classic Herb Dressing
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups green beans, trimmed and halved
1 cup minute rice, uncooked
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Toss chicken with dressing in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken with dressing to nonstick skillet on medium-high and cook till browned and cooked through.
Stir in broth, and beans. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet. Add rice and almonds. Remove from heat, cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve chicken over rice mixture. Makes 4 servings.

Adapted from Kraft's What's Cooking thingie. (substituted chicken breasts for thighs, cooked beans longer)

The Kraft Dressing - is it a liquid like a salad dressing or a stuffing "dressing" I just want to know for when I go shopping for this.

Is there anything you can sub for it if I can't find this?

Also - when you move the chicken into the skillet do you put the remaining dressing from the baggy into the skillet or do you discard?

Thanks - it sounds really yummy so I want to try it soon!

The dressing is the salad dressing kind. You should be able to get it no problem. I dump the salad dressing in with the chicken in the skillet.

Do you recieve Kraft Food magnize? I like most of the recipes and subst. when needed.

I am planning to make the chicken citrus salad tonight. My kids should like the meal, except my 7 year old will pick out the madrian oranges.

Yeah you can see at the bottom of my post that I got it from the "what's cooking" magazine.

I cannot find the dressing anywhere! I asked at the store and searched online. Please help! I'd really like to try this recipe.
