I saw a box of Betty Crocker Bisquick in the supermarket today and I wondered if this would be useful - I think I've seen it listed in recipes - BUT the box lists milk powder as an ingredient. Is this okay or is there another one that's dairy-free?

I use the reduced-fat kind, and there's no dairy in the ingredients. I wouldn't use the regular one.

Hmmm ... not much chance of finding that in the UK I shouldn't think - I'll just have to stick with 'proper' ingredients then.
Thanks for the info.

I never realized but with the reduced fat bisquick and egg whites I could make my pancakes or waffles - right???????

I add in some banana or pumpkin and a little cinnamon and vanilla for a little extra nutrition and sweet taste. Yummy!
