Hi I am new I woke this morning the worst ever, cramps bloating, sick on my stomach

I have such cramps and diarrhea this morning and now my acid reflux hurts and I am jumpy on the inside I am so nervous I can't eat. I don't know what to eat anymore. My intestines hurt I thought yesterday I had appendicitus and went to the dr he said no. But I hurt only when I push on it. Ihave a bad hurt when I push under my right rib. what is going on I am at a lost going crazy here.

Hi! Have you been diagnosed with IBS? Had any tests? What did your doc say/do about about your pain yesterday?

Maybe you should try lying down with a heating pad. I drink water just to get everything moving down there. Also I take a couple Advil.
Also - try eating some plain white toast and maybe some pretzels or something.
If you don't feel better in a few days I would definately go back to the doctor.
I have to agree with Mags, do you have IBs? It's better if everyone knows if you do so we can make some dietary recommendations.

Yes I have had IBS for years so the dr says. I have been on lotronex and take imodium, I am not taking the soluible fiber. I have diarrhea in the morning and noon after I eat but not at night unless I go to a restaurant. I can't take anything but tylenol I have a heart valve and am on blood thinner. So a lot of green leafy veggies I can't eat. thanks for answering me.

Have you read Heather's books. They are helpful because they tell you how to get on the right track to starting to feel better. If you don't have the books - I suggest you get them.
Also - use the Search button to look up "Breaking the Cycle" until you actually get the book.
