Oh, Kandee this is wonderful.... I made pita chips for a snack this weekend and was grumpy that I could only make 2 pita pockets worth at a time cuz I only had one cookie sheet... this will really help.... hey, what I want to know is how to make the waffle chips they list on that site! lol

Nik: Yeah, I think Maris Piper would work well ... and beetroot sounds delicious, but I love beetroot anyway, it's very good just baked in its skin and eaten hot (with a dollop of sour cream - I wish!)
Is that a new picture of you - it makes you look much more serious than the other one ... which pic is more you?

Thanks for the links Beth - I did do a search before I posted the recipe, but I missed these. I always mean to spend more time researching the recipe archive, there must be lots of great stuff ... but I usually get distracted trying to read everything else on the boards.
Thanks again!

This is what I meant in the other thread about making potato chips/crisps - I am sure I have seen this for sale in the UK, probably in the Lakeland catalogue, but I can't find it on their website. Or it could have been Betterware - one of those little booklets people put through the door and then call round to take an order. Has anyone (in the UK) got one of those handy right now? It would be interesting to know how much it costs.
