Benefiber recipes
Little do they know yet that it could probably be added to baked goods like we can do with Acacia.

but having put up to 6 tbs of acacia in a batch of brownies or cake recipe.. and adding it to soups, stews and pasta sauces, I know it can go in anything now! Good luck!

I saw that they added 6 Tbls. of it to their oatmeal bars in their recipes for desserts. I LOVE adding the acacia to my baked goods. I think it makes them moister and stay fresher longer. Cindy

That's what I've been doing too or else I forget!!! I was always one of those people that absolutely could not write in a book -- doesn't matter if I own it, what kind of book, that's just not done.
Ha, ha, ha,.....well now I write reminders about adding the Acacia, how many calories, how long to bake in my oven, etc. Makes perfect sense and I'm now learning to appreciate my notes.

but the applesauce muffins don't crip and brown on top as well once you get to 6 tbs, so I won't go past it in those...
