MMMMmmm I made this today on my day off and my boyfriend LOVED it. His words "is this IBS food?....post those girls and tell them this recipe is awesome. He said it was the best meatloaf he has ever had.
Guess I'll have to make it again, thanks for the recipe and for those who haven't tried it I recommend it.

Yes thank you Shell! It was a hit with the inlaws! I ended making two of them. One with just ketchup on it and the other with bar-b-que sauce and ketchup mixed. They were both yummy but I think I like the ketchup&bbque mix better. My father in law had two huge pieces and said it was good! That's alot coming from him!
