I used to get sooooo sick of chicken 'cause I was eating it so much, but when we moved back to Canada my mom has this WICKED pan.. I think it's called a 'grill pan'. It's a really heavy, metal pan with ridges in it so when you cook stuff on it it tastes like it has been grilled. I just looooove cooking with it now 'cause I can just marinade chicken in pretty much anything, and then "grill" it and it just tastes so yummy!! Its lovely to grill aubergines (eggplant) and courgette/zucchini and peppers..(peppers!!) with a little balsamic vinegar..mmmm! -------------------- S.
