I was shopping today (at Sobeys, what a horrid store for veggies), and came across some apple chips, that appeared to be baked.

I read the ingrediants, perfectly fine, but then I chanced to look at the fat content. For six chips, it contains 7 g of fat. Is that normal for a fruit that is baked?

They came in three different flavors though, original, golden delicious and granny smith!

most chips I find in the store are fried.. I use my dehydrator and make crispy apple slices and love those and they are fat free...
