For christmas I received a little one portion/single serving round stoneware cassarole dish. It's awesome, and I love it....I just don't know what to make in it.
It's a little too big to make scalloped potatoes, but too small to roast tons of veggies. Arg, it's such a dilemma!

how big is it? can you make a dessert in it? or bae chicken? or bread???

It's about, 8, maybe 9 inches wide, and 2 1/2 inches deep. It's pretty shallow, and really wide for the depth, so it makes it hard to figure it out!
I'm vegetarian as well, so I wouldn't roast a chicken in it...

I've made baked pasta dishes in mine and even a form of paella.. but hrm- that size works well for roasting garlic, etc.. in a decent quantity...

If I could find vegan cheese, I'd make pizza, but yeah, I've been roasting garlic in it.
