The cake is wonderful but mine fell apart when being cooled upsidedown. Do did my daughter's. Did anybody else's? I had to scrape it off the counter. Would a loaf pan make the difference?

Thanks - I had the same problem as well.
The pan I used was 2 pieces and it leaked! Can this be made in a bundt pan? If not - will have to get another pan. Anne

Line 24 cupcake holders with paper cups. Divide into the 24 cups and bake according to the cupcake directions on the box. They freeze great, make a big batch and are great for individual servings for dessert. Great for the lunch box, too.

I make it in a 9x13 pan. Cuts easily into nice squares that are especially easy to serve at buffets, office gatherings, etc.
