I do NOT recommend the dill sauce, as it is so incredibly not IBS-safe, and I'm not quite sure how you could make it safe. I'm just recommending the method! I've made salmon for my father this way, and I actually ran it with some dirty dishes inside! It sounds so gross, but it works so incredibly well!
