the package says 8x8 pan, I only have a 9x9. Do you think it would be a big deal to use that pan? Should I change the baking time? Any other advice??
Thanks! I'm looking forward to some guilt free brownies. Hope it will quench my pregnancy related craving!

I have experience with this!
I made the No Pudge brownies with a rectangular shaped pan, and what a disaster! The outsides were rock hard and the insides were WAY too gooey.
Do you have a dollar store near by? I went and bought some of the disposable 8x8 pans, and they turned out WAY better!
Plus the disposable pans made clean-up so much easier.

I did the same thing... I got a 3 pack of aluminum disposable pans 8x8 at the grocery store... about $2.50 or so...and mine even came with plastic dome lids!

I think it would work in your pan as long as you cut down the cooking time.
I think the box actually has a recipe to make an individual brownie.
I would try it for maybe 30 minutes and check to see if it needs any more baking time.
