1 Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon fat-free caramel topping 1 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts (or any nut of your choice) 3 Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes
Arrange thin apple slices on Apple Cinnamon Large Rice Cake.
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of fat-free caramel topping.
Sprinkle each Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cake with 1 teaspoon of roasted chopped peanuts.
Servings: 3
110 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving

I know I've seen dairy-free caramel sauce at our health food store. Hopefully you can find some!
