Chilli Chicken with Bok Choy

I tried this one and it was yummy. It was a bit hot so if you don't like dishes to be too hot I'd cut back on the sweet chilli sce/and or chilli a bit.
serves 4, 4g fat per serve
3 small chicken breasts, thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1t ginger 1t minched chilli 2 shallots, chopped 2T sweet chilli sce 3T soy sce Olive oil spray 1 bunch bok choy, trimmed of stalks, washed and finely chopped
1. Combine chicken with all ingredients except bok choy and marinate for 15 mins. Drain and reserve marinade.
2. Lightly spray non-stick pan with olive oil spray, heat and add chicken until tender about 4-5 mins.
3. Stir in reserved marinade and bok choy and cook until sce is hot and bok choy has wilted.
4. Serve with rice
