Made the recipe for mini cinnamon rolls and they were great - the next day they were a little dry so I microwaved it for a few seconds and they were once again good. I made some powdersugar and water glaze for the top. I will be making them again soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I missed this post when you first put it on the Board, found it today while poking around. Thanks - I'm glad you liked them.
PS - I'm assuming the recipe you're talking about is the one I posted. If not, oops!

How can you eat mini cinamon rolls if you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, sounds like it's impossible to do.

The secret is making your own. Here's the original thread. There's some discussion in there about fat level and how to make sure it's within the range you want.
If you look through the recipes, you'll see that IBSers have come up with workarounds for an amazing variety of foods. I was particularly delighted to find an IBS-safe Lemon Meringue Pie recipe the other day. It's always been my favorite pie.
On the other hand, if cooking is not your thing, you can check the IBS Diet Board for info about IBS-safe packaged foods and what to eat at chain restaurants.
