Does anyone know if gatorade is considered "safe"?? I like mixing my nightly miralax in that - hope it is!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's considered to be not categorically safe, because of the artificial colors and additives that cause *some* people problems. That said, I know some of us are fine with it - myself included. Just don't go overboard with it, and definitely don't let it be all that you drink!

I personally have never been able to drink Gatorade, Powerade, basically any "sports" drink, and I've been athletic all my life. I think it just one of those things that depends on the person individually.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
