I just bought Organic Bananas> Do they turn yellow when they are ripe?

I've bought organic bananas a few times. They turn ripe just like your conventional bananas-go from bright yellow to eventually brown! In fact, since no pesticides, they ripen more quickly and get the brown spots more quickly, so you can't keep them as long is what I'm trying to spit out! Sorry, just woke up!

Yep, I second that! I only buy Organic bananas (and advocados, and apples...etc) and they get ripe way quicker. You have to eat them quickly!

FYI: If they start to get a few spots, put them in the fridge and then they will last a little longer. Or, make banana bread!
