IBS Recipe Board Successes!

Hi! I wanted to let you all know that I've made three recipes posted here: 1) the Zippy Corn Chowder, 2) the meatloaf (modified from cooking light), and 3) The Turkey Bacon Burger Quiche...and each was a complete hit with the two food critics I live with. I was completely shocked that both a 30 year old man and an 11 year old boy could be unanimously won over by the same menu. Amazing. I really couldn't believe that my son scarfed down so much of the chowder...I myself wasn't a fan of it! Go figure. At any rate, thanks to the fabulous cooks who post these recipes on the board. They are wonderful!
